What is the Pike($P) token contract address?

Be careful with the correct token contract address. $P (ERC20) is on the Base network.

What is the difference between the $P token and the $PIU token?

$P token is the official governance and utility token of the Pike protocol. While $PIU is Pike’s community token.

How do we claim our tokens?

If you're a qualified presale participant, the tokens are automatically distributed to the wallet address you used during the presale. We submitted the distribution transactions on 9/30/2024 @ 17:57 UTC, which you can view here.

How can I check how many tokens I will receive at TGE?

Each tier has a different price based on the project’s valuation. The price-per-token is calculated as:

Token Price = Valuation / Max Supply.

Your token amount is:

Tokens = Contribution Amount / Token Price.

At the TGE, you'll receive 50% of your total tokens. The remaining 50% will vest linearly over 6 months, following a 3-month lock.

Example:

If you contributed $1,200 in Tier 2 and $500 in Tier 3, you would receive a total of 52,625.39964 tokens:

$1,200 / $0.031776 (Tier 2 price) = 37,764.35045 tokens
$500 / $0.033645 (Tier 3 price) = 14,861.04919 tokens

At TGE, you'll receive 50% of this amount, which is 26,312.69982 tokens. The remaining 50% will vest over the next 6 months after a 3-month lock.

I don’t remember how much I successfully contributed. How can I check?

You can find your contribution details on the final result sheet. Search for your wallet address in the ‘Contributors’ sheet and look for the contribution amounts across each tier in the columns labeled ‘con.1’ to ‘con.4.’

If I successfully topped-up during the presale, has my token amount been adjusted?

Yes, if your top-up contribution was successful, your total contribution amount has been reflected in the token distribution amount.

Will all initial distributions from other categories be part of the circulating supply?

Not necessarily. Although the tokens are minted by the contract, only a portion of them will be circulating immediately. For example, 25% (26,750,000) of the Advisor category is minted, and only 4,614,375 Pike tokens are distributed to 11 Advisors. Unallocated tokens from the Advisor category will be transferred to a team multisig for future use.

What about the token for the restitution plan?

As part of the restitution plan, an insurance fund was established where 4% of the total token supply (coming from the Community Treasury allocation) would be used as collateral to borrow stablecoin funds from the Team treasury.

8,560,000 Pike tokens, which make up 10% of the restitution supply, will be minted and transferred to the team multisig.

Once the stablecoin loan is repaid, the minted Pike tokens will be returned to the Community Treasury.

What if my wallet is compromised?

Unfortunately, if your wallet is compromised, we cannot prevent the TGE from distributing your tokens to the corresponding address.
